As a training and talent specialist, I work closely with our HR department in new hire onboarding to give our new team members a successful start at QMC. My focus is on education of the EMS Industry. Prior to moving into this position, I was (and still maintain) a National Certification for Ambulance billing. While I enjoyed the hands on aspect, my true passion has always been to teach others. My current position has allowed me to use my knowledge of ambulance billing and my creative art side to create new trainings within our company.Before coming to QMC, I was completing my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Photography at Columbus College of Art & Design. In 2017 I decided to move back home to Pittsburgh and start working at QMC. My spare time is filled with time with family, multiple art projects, and piles of books.
