I started at QMC finding insurance and updating patient demographics. Six months later, I was getting trained on billing and coding of ambulance claims. I was then able to pass all my certifications to bill Air Ambulance, Emergency Transports and Non-Emergency Transports. Soon after I passed my national certification to become a certified ambulance coder. On top of all the billing role responsibilities, I did follow up as well. Writing appeals, calling insurances, working collections just to name a few. My next role was to be essentially an assistant manager. This would require me to pull reports and help with training the new employees on the team. With that new responsibility, I discovered I had a love for training and providing education to people. Once a position opened within QMC to work in the training department, I immediately applied and thankfully was accepted. Training has allowed me to create fun and engaging training materials as well as getting the chance to make a real impact at QMC.

I have done a lot of freelance work over the years. This includes: weddings, senior portraits, engagement portraits, swim team portraits, car wash photos, and photos for the food vendor menu in Consol Energy Center for the NHL Draft.

Grove City, Oh

I entered medical records and patient names from paper files into the computer to help digitize old records. I also checked scans of images to make sure they were properly done.

Columbus, Ohio Area

I photograph families and children that come in for portraits. We also work with family pets that guests bring in for portraits.

West Mifflin, Pa

I photographed a range of families and children. On top of that, I sold our various packages and made sure the guests walked away with a lifetime of precious memories.
