Provides full administrative assistance to 16 Corporate International salaried employees including travel arrangementsAdministers price lists, invoice and trade information for Canada as well as any support for Canada.Has knowledge and proficiency in all aspect of administrative assistant functions, excellent organizational and technical skills and the ability to exhibit professionalism and discretion in dealing with customers.has strong technical skills including typing, word processing, office equipment operation, document organization, the retrieval and preparation of reports and the assembly and distribution of sales and marketing materials. Works closely with Corporate Quality Control.Maintains a number of databases such as QC Process Summaries, International Label Database.Provides payroll relief and other reliefs to HFIC president during Executive Admin vacation or illness.Provides Logistical support.Responsible for all international shipments.
