Responsibilities added in addition to FAI tasks: - Assists in detail preparation of financial analysis deliverables for the Planning Cycle & Profit Reviews- Budgets general and project based OI/OD to maintain healthy performance of operations - Computes Profit Sharing, Bonus, Fringe and Insurance profiles for budgeting and accruals- Assists with optimizing cash management by maintaining cash flow forecasting- Completes Ad Hoc project requests, financial analysis and headcount detail requests- Implements process improvements for financial analysis and budget management - Participates in monthly management financial review meetings

- Generates and manages $200M fiscal year SGA forecast and budget- Analyzes budget to actual expense variances and provides insightful written explanations to leadership- Assists in development of models, P&L management, and month-end reporting, analysis, and bridging- Recommends budget and forecast adjustments and other cost improvement measures- Interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project future trends- Assists in P&L planning, forecasting, and deliverables for a rolling 12 month profile - Manages month to month headcount movement and additions to support intuitive investing - Compiles and submits month end journal entries for reclasses and accruals to accounting team- Builds and maintains relationships with cost center Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
