We have been involved with over 7,000 placements and we have recently looked at the operational aspect of being an executive recruiter or head hunter and found it lacking in many regards to today’s economy. The concept of S. R. Clarke has therefore been revisited and has been revitalized. We believe the primary motivation of a company such as ours shouldn’t be simply to move a person from one job to another, nor do we believe that these placements should indicate the size of the fee we collect.
