I graduated cum laude from Boston College with a degree in Economics. I completed internships at Assured Guaranty Corp. in the Credit Research/ Underwriting department during the summer of 2014 and then went back to intern for the Public Finance department for the summer of 2015. I then was a Sales and Trading intern in KCG's Jersey City Office for the summer of 2016. During the second semester of 2017 I was an intern at the Boston Fed's New England Public Policy Center. Additionally, in the fall of 2015 I studied for a semester at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.I have now worked at Virtu Financial in New York City for more than 5 years. My time at Virtu has taken me from a Fixed Income Analyst to the Head of US Operations. I have developed hard skills such as SQL and Python as well as soft skills like Project Management along the way.

Using the information that I collected from this analysis, I composed reports detailing my recommendations and providing concrete evidence for them. I also, collected information and calculated ratios needed to keep system information accurate.

This was my first real experience in New York City as a working professional. I learned a lot about the macroeconomics and research that goes into evaluating different municipalities and local authorities. Additionally, I gathered and interpreted economic and financial data from annual reports and rating agency sites.
