The Thrive Coaching Program teaches people how to be truly kind to their bodies. It is designed to keep people on track by providing a unique path for each individual that is easy and compatible with their lifestyle.

I take a holistic and body kindness approach to personal training and coaching. I help others find strength, power and confidence in their bodies and teach my clients how to fall in love with movement.

As a seasoned stylist, it has become second nature for me to see someone and instantly know what I could do to enhance their look. I have a natural ability to make everyone that sits in my chair feel understood and heard. It's always such a treat for me to meet someone new and hear their story. I love what I do and it is very important to me that each guest leave feeling better than when they arrived.
