Responsibilites: - Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the Faculty.- Track data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and outreach programs.- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department.- Plan meetings and science road shows, including identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.- Accomplish organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.- Design and layout visual materials such as posters and monthly newsletters.- Demonstrate strong writing skills, with the ability to edit and proofread content.- Make appropriate and effective use of social media platforms to engage with relevant stakeholders.- Compose and post online content on the Faculty's website and social media accounts.- Promote science-related programmes and activities.- Conduct school visits locally and nationally to promote the Faculty.- Coordinate and manage various events hosted by the Faculty.- Provide general assistance to the Dean of the Faculty and support promotional activities.
