As Head Writer, I write and optimize VSLs, prerolls, openers and advertorials. I lead, manage, mentor and copyedit a team of 7 writers. I also maintain Veyl’s guidelines for effective VSL writing, which I created based on results data. And I organize and moderate both peer and executive reviews of scripts.As Director of Creative Optimization, I act as the creative department’s official liaison to our Media Buying team, continuing the work being done on a regular basis to optimize our scripts. I oversee all optimization tasks from conception to completion, including everything from minor tweaks to big lifts. I also work closely with the coordinating producer, post producer and post production supervisor to prioritize and efficiently push scripts through edit.

As VP of Creative Operations, I oversee the entire creative department of more than twenty writers, producers and editors with an emphasis on copywriting. My knack for storytelling combined with a passion for persuasion, a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills make me a truly effective leader for the creative team.
