North America IT Service Delivery Manager

• Mentor a group of 25 freshmen business students to help transition them into college, providing them with advice, insight and answering questions they may have about our Business School or the University of Dayton• Conduct 3 mandatory workshops for the advisees to work on their Business 101 assignments and projects, which I am responsible for grading• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments for students with their Academic Advisor, file confidential student documents, and promptly email students regarding the status of their paperwork

• Manage and lead the end-to-end project of architecturally updating an existing vendor-owned solution to become a P&G managed solution; migrated 51+ retailers onto new solution’s architecture• Lead the elimination of Box and migration to Office 365 for Walmart/ Walmart International/ Sam’s Club Teams + Customer & Delivery Services organization to provide cost savings for the company• Lead training sessions, hold office hours & make recommendations on O365 tools for groups in the organization

• Developed an On-boarding checklist, timeline, and flowchart for all New Hires in the Engineering Department to ensure they are fully prepared to begin working by their start date• Ensure all student appointments are scheduled and maintain organization of student information keeping it updated, filed and confidential in their physical and online database record• Perform research to enhance the University’s engineering program and seek out professional training for faculty
