-Assist the coaches and staff with all recruiting visits/activities-Organize, coordinate, and execute the all details that set up for game day invites, official/unofficial visits, junior days, and spring games-Be a resource and guide to recruits and their families forquestions, background knowledge, and casual conversation during their visit-Create a hospitable setting for all visits by assisting in making sure all of the logistics of the visit are in place, including but not limited to the hotels, decorations, food and beverages, itineraries, lanyards, academic, campus, and athletic information, etc.-Assist staff with daily office and operations tasks-Assist with the coordination of all meals and catering; including set up and pre game and travel game meals-Work closely with our Recruiting Coordinator, Director of Player Personnel, and Director of Football Operations
