NOVO is a retailer that stocks shoes with global and seasonal trends in mind, and at reasonable prices. I started at Novo Chadstone as a casual team member, before shortly being promoted to 2IC. After that, I was promoted to acting manager while the Store Manager was on leave. Due to the renovations at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Novo Chadstone was temporarily closed and I was offered a manager's role at Novo Southland. This involved setting up and conducting interviews with people including band members from The Cat Empire, Jim Magee (former Glen Eira mayor), keynote speakers from events, people I met when I was out on lunch break and more.
