I have been inspired by opportunities to make a positive difference in the GTA and have actively helped contribute to the betterment of my community by leading park clean-ups, coordinating and participating in ecological restoration work, and by serving on various municipal and regional committees and councils. My vision in the years to come is to continue to be part of projects happening in the GTA which strive to create strong, inclusive, and sustainable communities. Doing so as a policy and environmental planner, my aim is to find solutions to community planning issues that strike a balance between the need to grow, achieve economic prosperity, and meet environmental needs.
