Delivering 5-star service to our clients, consultants and vendors was our # 1 goal. The Client Services team was actively involved in the successful management and follow through of each client relationship and custom project. As Director of Client Services, I was also in charge of onboarding new consultants and assigning the right senior consultant to each client and custom project to ensure that all of the needs of our clients are met and exceeded.

-Primary accounting manager from 2002 – 2006. The company experienced an average growth rate of 78% during this time period. Designed and implemented financial procedures including accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, budget and bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks Pro 2003-2007. -Created and maintained personnel files for employees and consultants. Produced and distributed on-boarding packets for employees, consultants and clients, including our Excellence Handbook.-Chief administrator for company website, actively involved in the initial re-design of webpage in 2004, Created image files for website through the use of Publisher and JASC PaintShop Pro.-Produced custom proposals detailing the company’s ability to deliver client-oriented solutions.

-Managed projects for a global corporation providing shareholder, marketing and business communication services.-Represented Bowne & Co. in the management of project at different satellite sites including Denver and San Antonio. -Facilitated the creation of securities documents working closely with bankers, lawyers and executives that included Registration Statements, Form 10-K’s and Form 10-Q’s for filing with the Securities Exchange Commission.-Actively involved in the management, planning, printing and distribution of financial documents for publicly held companies.
