Kayla graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She began her career at PwC in the Deals Practice, focusing on M&A valuation / strategic value consulting for fortune 500 clients across many sectors. She then transitioned to Management Consulting, focusing on process improvement for technology and entertainment clients. In addition to her work roles at PwC, Kayla actively participated in the recruitment process and benefited from specialized workshops through PwC’s experience center.After PwC, Kayla joined Pypestream, a conversational AI startup. Kayla is on the advisory board for Project CETI, a nonprofit organization and 2020 TED Audacious Project, applying advanced machine learning and gentle robotics to decipher the communication of the world’s most enigmatic ocean species: the sperm whale.Kayla was also selected as one of four USC graduates to be on Marshall’s centennial planning committee.Kayla now runs an outsourced services business called Luna CX. She found her passion and purpose in building outsourced teams and providing proactive customer experience.Kayla enjoys public speaking.
