I developed JoStella Coffee Co. from the ground up. I conduct all management duties, accounting and back-end duties as well as scheduling, hiring, training, social media, marketing and planning all events in the shop. I also developed and manage the company's website. I designed the entire inside of the coffee shop and designed several seasonal menus. I also designed the company logo.

During my time interning at 1Plus Events, I contributed to several different parts of the business on the events side as well as the security side. I learned a wide array of different skills including idea organization, staging several large-scale events, hands-on security experience, on-site event management and set up, event planning, creating engagement plans, social media posting, and blog writing.

My responsibilities included customer service, making reservations on the phone, email, and through third party sites, answering questions and making sure guests have a pleasant stay. I also have helped set up several Wedding Faires at Northstar.

As a student-athlete I managed to:- balance a 20+ hour weekly practice schedule while keeping up with strength training, traveling for games, and handling full academic course load while maintaining a 3.5 GPA.- Retaining exceptional time-management skills - Communicating with team members and coaches to improve team performance
