• Apply previous experience to provide strategic human resource support to our Executive Vice President, Advanced Solutions Group and entire organization of approximately 1,700 employees around the globe.• Utilize change management expertise to support organization throughout strategy transformation from retirement of one CEO to new CEO within a short period of time.• Drive strategic retention initiatives to combat increased turnover related to economic environment, pandemic, executive leadership turnover, and strategic redirection.

• Leading a team of two recruiting professionals who support United States full cycle recruitment initiatives. Team filled 355 positions ranging from intern to director level in 2017 and 274 year to date 2018.• Manage system administration and troubleshooting within various recruiting tools including Reporting, Taleo, Broadbean and SharePoint. Also acting as a liaison with vendors such as Indeed, Careerbuilder, and Yello.• Program manager for 2018 Global Compliance Training Initiative including preparation of new LMS (Saba), introduction of training to 8,000 contractors, completion of training for ~35,000 employees, and successful reporting and support for Executives and Board of Directors.• Assist with system administration for Global Performance Appraisal for 35,000 employees for 2017-2018.• Build and execute the implementation of a Global University Relations Strategy including building out a compensation model, cycle, engagement initiatives, and follow up monthly meetings with subject matter experts in each region.• Implement efficient North America Talent Acquisition processes and procedures for full cycle recruitment in partnership with HRIS Team.

• Build and implement North America University Relations and Recruiting Strategy to include key company initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, process improvements, and successfully building a pipeline of talent for the company. This includes building internal/external communication plans and traveling to sites within the United States to execute strategy while aligning business needs of the program.• Develop and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executive staff, business partners, university faculty, and career services members to promote our career opportunities and employer brand.• Manage employee relations with interns nationwide by becoming a subject matter expert for the different HR organizations and company as whole. Ensure interns are receiving optimal training opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and have overall success during their time with the company etc.• Identify, coordinate and lead university recruiting initiatives including onsite visits, career fairs, informational sessions, tech talks, and competitions.

• Initiate full cycle recruitment process utilizing Taleo that may include writing job descriptions in partnership with business clients, job leveling with Global Compensation Team and organizational business partner, as well as conduct intake meeting with hiring manager.• Manage 25-50 requisitions focused on the hiring of non-exempt intern roles through senior technical talent and leadership roles within the company.• Understand Global Compensation Model and business clients needs to create, extend, and close on competitive compensation packages.• Support Talent Acquisition systems and initiatives by managing SharePoint, assisting with KPI’s, routine TA tasks, reporting and analytics, and administration for various supporting systems.

• Reporting to the Director of Human Resources to re-create, institute, and apply global new employee technical development program for 4,000+ employees including creation of website, training, position mapping, creation of policies, etc.• Reach out to 350+ global directors and senior directors in order to accurately identify employee membership of technical career development program, and track responses accordingly.• Assist in rollout maintenance of global technical development program including communications rollout, new branding, training materials, and other materials needed.

•Utilize ATS system: PeopleFluent to recruit, pre-screen, schedule interviews, make offers, and on-board for various internship positions.•Coordinate University Relation Events such as info sessions, career fairs, and intern activities from budgeting and event planning (catering, venue, etc.) to implementation of successful event.•Assist in strategically implementing new University Relations processes to expand growth of the program both internally and externally for example, creation of an internship promotional video to display at recruiting events.•Provide upkeep on all social media (Facebook, SharePoint, Twitter, LinkedIn), as well as internal communications about upcoming events and activities, jobs postings, etc.
