Assisting the office team at Berry Insulation involves a lot of organization, frequently shifting priorities, and special projects to improve office function. I help manage the sales team and labor crew schedules to efficiently complete private customer consultations and resulting jobs, as well as work through Berry Insulation's many partnerships and contracts. All customer inquiries are routed through me via email and telephone; I provide courteous customer service and consistent follow-up until resolution. Filing, recordkeeping, and completion of financial transactions on behalf of the company also fall under my list of responsibilities.

This role focused largely on the use of Excel and various web-based databases to evaluate large spreadsheets of sensitive client information. I worked with the registration team specialists (business analyst, project manager, team lead) in order to develop and optimize our reporting procedure. I worked with client representatives to determine client need and deliver the best possible results for them on their delinquent accounts. I also oversaw the operation of our Outloook inbox designated for intake of client and county registration requests.

As a team lead, I was responsible for monitoring and maintaining 10-15 auditors' performance within company standard. I liaised between upper management and the operations teams, I conducted coaching sessions to address underperformance, and I united my team toward common goals to meet client expectation.

I earned a second promotion just 6 months after moving to the REO department. This new position required I evaluate more complicated and expensive maintenance tasks on our ready-to-sell properties nationwide while maintaining stricter quality and production standards due to the liability associated with any errors in my role.

I earned a cross-departmental promotion to the Real Estate Owned (REO) department where I evaluated preservation reports on our most valuable properties. I've consistently performed in the top 3 of my team, meeting and exceeding production and quality standards.

I processed inspection reports using a DOS system. I found any discrepancies between past and current reports and corrected company records accordingly. I coordinated between my unit and my superiors to bill orders in a timely, efficient fashion.

As a junior tutor, I conducted peer tutoring workshops to improve clients' overall writing skills through proof-reading and collaboration. I managed my tutoring schedule through a database called Tutortrac and coordinated with other tutors to plan and promote events, design and implement advertising methods, and maintain the Writing Center and its educational resources.

I provided guests to the art gallery with information on the featured artists while keeping daily record of the number of visits. I also assisted in the maintenance of the gallery.

Working in a team of artists under the lead designer, I assisted in painting a large mural of Tommy Henrich on the side of Elum Music's building.
