I am a results-driven leader who has grown the OEC Fiber marketing department from a one-person effort without subscribers in 2018 to a marketing team with 30,000+ subscribers today. While continuing to manage our marketing efforts and team, I took on a new challenge by taking control of our tier 2 technical support team in February of 2022. Since then, I have developed structure and procedure to transform our approach from an outbound to inbound call center, resulting in dramatic improvements to subscriber experience and average time to resolution for callers experiencing technical issues. I bring strategic thinking to fruition with flawless execution to drive subscriber engagement, brand preference and company revenue.
