I am currently an undergraduate student at Colorado State Univeristy studying health and exercise science, with an emphasis in sports medicine. While attending school, I was a part of the Women's Lacrosse Club where i recieved best defender from my coach in 2018 and Second-Team All-American in 2017.Before CSU, I attended Ohio Wesleyan University where I studied Health and Human Kinetics. I was involved with the field hockey team in 2014 and the lacrosse team from 2015-2016.I currently work at Papa Murphy's as a crew worker but I am trying to find an internship or part-time job that will help me become accepted to a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I volunteered at Poudre Valley Hospital through UC Health and with a hippotherapist at Kids on the Go. Although I wish to be a physical therapist, my goal is to focus on sport injuries because I have been involved in the sporting world since I was a child. My goal this coming summer and fall, before PT school, to to become a field hockey coach because I miss playing the game and I want to mold the next generation of becoming better people through sports.
