-Supporting the Fulfillment and Sales Operations team with the execution of sponsor contracts by maintaining and tracking the contracts in Salesforce and through the project management software Wrike -Collecting all relevant metrics across multiple internal departments and utilized all information by creating reports detailing sponsor involvement-Coordinating with Marketing, Research, Education Departments, regional offices and contractors on all sponsor deliverables and assisting in operations -Reviewing sponsor contracts and working internally to promote improved processes for more consistent execution among sponsors-Assisted with cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients

-Coordinating speaker and presentation logistics for 350+ speakers -Managing 175 education and professional development session for over 7,000 attendees-Planning and collaborating on professional development events with sponsors, committee members and board members

-Assisting with event planning and coordination for church events-Maintaining routine functions within the church, including responding to emails and phone calls; editing print documents; and managing office inventory-Building and sustaining relationships with community members and the church congregation

-Contacting and recruiting 250+ potential volunteers daily via phone banking -Connecting with community members while canvassing and discussing Northam's campaign platform-Entering data using DNC VoteBuilder (VAN) from phone banking and canvassing

-Supervising a cohort of seven students in all aspects of the program (academics, well being, socially)-Assessing the achievement of the students and what we could improve to ensure they achieve the collective GPA goal of 3.85-Coordinating small group and community building activities that involve educational or recreational activities-Determining study methods that work best for the student and helping them with time management and prioritizing-Planning coursework and providing contacts to organizations the students can get involved in during their upcoming semester-Managing interpersonal conflict between students

-Posting congratulatory updates on Facebook pages of Happening List Winners from fifteen categories -Informing winners and finalists about their win and answering questions, comments or concerns-Creating and managing a spreadsheet with information about the businesses

-Conducting sociological evaluative research-Observing in the Foodprints Lab, classroom, and outdoor garden at Watkins Elementary School-Taking detail specific field notes that include actions of both the instructors and students, dialogue between instructors and students and students among each other, and general comments-Reconstructing field notes into a written account of Foodprints session-Coding field notes and providing feedback on effective and ineffective activities, improving methods of engagement and reflecting on retained information

-Utilizing interpersonal communication skills in order to build community among residents-Assisting with the upkeep of residential buildings through daily reports of maintenance orders-Handling requests made by students or resident advisors about potential risks or violations against housing policy-Working independently
