Prepared discovery requests and responses. Appeared in court on a weekly basis to represent commercial litigants. Performed legal research and draft motions, responses, and replies for ongoing litigation matters.

Prepared matters for trial, including drafting direct and cross examinations, trial briefs, motions in limine, and jury instructions. In addition, observed and participated in the Muckleshoot Child and Family Services Court. Muckleshoot matters involved drafting motions, working with parents to regain custody of their children, and researching both state and federal tribal law
