Operations Manager
►Project Oversight◄• Responsible for quality assurance of all consulting engagements to support the consistent delivery of solutions. The level of involvement is driven by the expectations established during the sales process and the experience of the delivery team. The expected result is that standard processes are followed and clients are happy and referenceable in the future.• Monitor Project Manager activities to ensure that they are meeting the minimum requirements as outlined in the Project Management Process documentso Project Communications: Audit JIRA to ensure PMs are communicating any changes in scope, budget, schedule and customer status reporting and escalate issues as neededo Project Status Updates: Audit PMs to ensure spreadsheet Project Managers are updating the spreadsheet on a bi-weekly basis.o Project deliverables: Audit to ensure PMs are using the minimum deliverables as outlined in the PM checklist (by project size)• Monitor project budgets on a weekly basis, provide budget reports, PM Process oversight►Account Services ◄• Maintains awareness of existing or potential customer escalation issues. • Works to resolve escalation issues as the first line of management escalation.• Triage resource requests and handle resource allocation and scheduling • Sales to service transition activities• Project close activities ►Operations Activities◄• Approve weekly timesheets, monitor forecasted hours vs. actual, ensure time is logged to the correct project/tasks• Monitor frequency and amount of fixed bid/manual invoices• Approve weekly invoices• Trains new consultants during onboarding process in Operations activities• Provide budget updates to project leads
