Pre-Medical Student | Elected Student Leader Hello! My name is Kaylee McCulloch, and I am a driven second-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences at the University of Idaho. In addition, I am studying two minors, those being pre-health studies and psychology. I aspire to pursue physician assistant school post-graduation with the completion of my undergraduate studies. Associate of Health Science From Idaho State University:Prior to attending the University of Idaho, I received an associate degree in health science via dual credit while enrolled at Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School. Currently, this leaves me as a standing senior in credits and is a testament to my pursuit of academia and success. Student Government: Besides being a successful student, I am also an involved member of my university. I proudly serve as an elected senator of the Associate Students University of Idaho to help benefit all students and resolve issues all across campus.Alpha Phi International Women's Fraternity:My involvement extends further as I am a proud member of the Beta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi International Women's fraternity. I serve as the director of Philanthropy allowing me the opportunity to educate my fellow members and community on the Alpha Phi foundation. As a chapter, we make contributions to support women's heart health. This ties directly into my future career of ensuring health and wellness.Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School: During my four continuous years at Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School, I got to pursue many aspects of medical education very early on in my career. I represented Future Health Professionals (HOSA) as a member, competitor, and officer for my school's local chapter. I also held a leadership position in the chapter of Key Club International represented at Meridian Medical. This allowed me to lead students to volunteer in our local Meridian community.Above all, my aspirations to pursue medicine as a career have been driven by my love for people. Currently while being a student leader I get to represent others who may feel they don't have a voice in the decisions of my university and institution. Using my leadership skills allows me to be an advocate and assist others which encompasses my morals. My love for fostering relationships with others runs deep in all my future goals to be an outstanding and trusted physician.Lets Connect!
