Hello, I am Kaylee Rhoades. I've had seven work experiences total, including my current position. Four of my experiences were in retail (Cracker Barrel, Walmart, Target & Ulta). I also worked in a position at Caterpillar as a student trainee for data analytics and worked as an Arts Development Intern at Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA). The current position I hold is with Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County as a Development Specialist. In these positions, I was able to gain experience in retail sales, customer service, written communications, video editing, creating training documents, graphic design, social media planning/posting and more. I graduated from Illinois Central College with highest honors and an associate's degree in public relations. I graduated from Illinois State University (ISU) with honors and a bachelor’s degree in public relations in May of 2022. I am looking to explore jobs within the field of public relations, especially those focused on social media and/or event coordination.
