Responsible for facilitating product and sales methodology trainings for the sales organization. I train new hire onboarding courses and ongoing learning courses to tenured sales reps across our teams from the North America, APAC, and European offices.  Partner with sales leaders, product marketing and content developers to launch new product trainings that align with our Go-To-Market (GMT) strategy for mid-market and enterprise teams. Primary Facilitator for our Advanced Onboarding training program, that all sales new hires attend after they have been in their roles for 3-4 months.  Facilitate product demonstration workshops for sales reps to certify on the products they sell. Tasked with helping new customers get set up and trained on our product during their implementation for a successful go-live. Discovery conversations to determine their optimal set up and product trainings were typically conducted via zoom, but also in person as needed.  Created and delivered impactful technical presentations and trainings to meet the needs of the customer. Consult decision makers on the different options for system settings and provide insight and education as needed. Conduct product demonstrations when premium products would add additional value. Recorded and edited e-learnings using Camtasia for our customers to have access to on-demand content. Presented product demonstrations at conferences to prospects.- Assist customers with Ed-Fi state reporting setup, mapping and testing.
