I am a former collegiate athlete with a passion in nutrition! When COVID-19 hit, my senior year of college athletics was stripped from me and I was forced to learn a new life without coaches, teammates, professors, or peers. I no longer had the athletic body I had ALWAYS had. I couldn't eat or drink whatever I wanted because I wasn't burning calories like I had been, and doing workouts on my own was next to impossible without the accountability from my coaches or teammates. The transition was incredibly hard for me and it made me realize I want to help former athletes who may have gone through a similar experience; COVID-19 related or not. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, my mission is to help individuals who are former athletes improve their eating and exercise habits, so they can lose fat, tone up, and feel great.
