Hello, My name is Kaylee Simonson. I am a hardworking, outgoing individual. I hold Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Psychology. I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Administration and Leadership. I have skills in many different fields but my love for communication and leadership is my focus. I believe heavily in diversity and uniqueness to help the success of a workplace. While in school I worked with a lot of students from different countries on group projects and class functions. Being a two time nominated teachers assistant I facilitated a group discussion of twelve students all coming from different background. We met once a week for two hours and these meetings helped give me insight to experiences and perspectives that gave our group creativity and led to successful classroom production.
