In 2016 I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Dietetics. I completed my dietetic internship (ISPP) at Meredith College in 2019. While working towards completing my internship, passing the RD exam and obtaining licensure, I gained experience in many different areas of nutrition. I am the founding partner of Aspire Integrative Wellness, a private practice team of registered dietitians and mental health professionals providing nutrition and mental health counseling to prevent and treat mental illness.
