My background consists of being a student at the University of Kansas. I have graduated with a BA in Sociology with a minor in Applied Behavioral Science Concentration (ABSC) and am now working towards a Masters in Social Work. Throughout college, I have worked at Ulta Beauty in Lawrence, KS, where I was promoted to Lead Cashier for my ability increase credit card retention, assisting in meeting store sales goals along with my willingness to gain knowledge of store products and ability to provide exceptional customer service during busy and peak selling times. I have also worked at Target where I delivered exceptional customer service and helped guest find desired products throughout the store. In addition to my experience, I have also interned independently at Discover Dental Center and as a part of my senior year of curriculum which included interning at several dental offices through my Medical Intern Rotation class. These opportunities have allowed me to become very inclined to social interaction and become better at assessing and addressing the needs of individuals.
