Human Resources Director
CurrentI am responsible for providing strategic oversight, leadership and guidance to the HR functions including, but not limited to talent acquisition, career development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and succession planning. I directly support the Partners and 115+ employees in 20+ different states. Some of my key responsibilities include:• Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating all HR related functions to ensure compliance with the company’s standards, policies, and procedures • Supports the business by providing human resources advice on decisions; provides emotional insight, data analysis, and research to support decision-making process• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions• Update and revise current job descriptions as well as develop new job descriptions as needed• Facilitates the employee performance review process in collaboration with the leadership team• Maintains an efficient recruitment/interviewing function to ensure adequate staffing at all levels• Completes ongoing analysis of employee handbook and makes recommendations for additions/changes and complete annual update• Counsels’ management and employees on disciplinary actions and performance issues• Partners with Management to achieve organization and business alignment• Works in conjunction with the Managing Partner to analyze yearly compensation trends. Implements any wage changes on an ongoing basis as well as changes identified on a yearly basis through the compensation analysis
