Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes as needed.

Primary responsibilities include preparing, monitoring, and maintaining financial statements and monthly budgets for clients, processing special checks and wires between banks in various countries, and managing the taxable expenses and income of clients while overseas.

• Receive all the phone calls and connect them to the appropriate persons • Greet the people who are entering the office while handling their inquiries. • Prepare letters and documents to future, present, and past tenants. • File and maintain records and data• Order and maintain the supplies in the office• Responsible for handling activities in accounts payable and receivable• Sent and processed credit memos and purchase orders• Received and posted payments from tenants• Contacting tenants concerning payment dues and account collections• Manage and resolve customer inquiries• Perform credit checks and back ground checks on applicants • Send delinquent customers to the collection agency
