"What Stage are you In: Nursing, pregnant, looking for a gift, or Post Partum". As a result, we saw a significant increase in revenue produced from automated Klaviyo flows.- Implemented Stage-Gate model for A/B testing on Shopify platforms to drive KPIs alongside Private Equity Group.- Implemented SMS strategy with Attentive alongside Acquisition Manager.

Reported directly to the CMO, Kindred Bravely needed a quick and reliable solution to fill an eCommerce leadership role ahead of Cyber 5 while maintaining the track of 350%+ 3-year growth by year end.- Responsible for hitting key Shopify KPIs during Cyber5 and the Holiday season.- Implemented Upsell and Cross-sell strategy to drive an increase in AOV.- Implemented a marketplace gift shop using dropshipping platforms to drive additional sales and increase LTV during traditionally slower December month.

DanceBlue is a college-student-led organization that serves the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology Oncology Clinic. It is well known for the 24-hour dance marathon that continues to grow each year. The 2016 marathon raised $1.63 million. - Managed a team of seven, responsible for strategic promotional campaigns, e-commerce and pop-up merchandise sales, social media, graphic design, and media/photography.- Negotiated new partnerships with Local Lexington Businesses such as Shop Local KY, Magee’s Bakery, and Mad Scoops which have earned nearly $12,000 profit for DanceBlue in 3 months. - Organized PR appearances including TV appearances, online features, and ESPN College Gameday.- Lead Marketing Strategist to promote the opening of a brand new DanceBlue Kentucky Children's Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic worth $1 million that was completely funded by University of Kentucky DanceBlue students.

As a member of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence, I analyzed brand equity studies to determine strengths and opportunities for growth of brand drivers across product categories. I also conducted qualitative research studies to determine best practice for consumer contact management. Ultimately, I provided evidence to add to the discussion of marketing at the corporate brand level vs. product level and next steps to further the conversation around mapping the consumer contact journey.

Serve 250 members as the head of the judiciary committee. As leader of this committee, I oversaw the enforcement of chapter policies regarding financial, academic, and member obligations. It was my goal to create an environment where members felt that their opinions were valued.

I designed a tool for Zone and Country Management to measure the health of the sales pipeline for premium Industrial Lubricant products. The tool utilized projection formulas that I refined to demonstrate how much volume was expected to close within the year. This tool has been adapted by management in China, the United States and Canada.

I mentored a class of 26 college freshman over a 16-week course. Since then, I have continued to assist those students whom have joined student organizations that I work closely with.

I was responsible for coordinating judging panels and planning the 2014 UK Homecoming Royalty Ceremony. I collaborated with UK Athletics’ officials, UK faculty, and Lexington community members in planning royalty interview judging and game day royalty ceremony festivities. In addition, I proposed to a committee a plan to host UK’s first annual Showcase of Homecoming Court. I was granted permission to utilize a budget of $6,000 to implement the event that had an attendance of 700 people.
