• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of HR interns, ensuring they are completing tasks effectively, and providingguidance when needed.• Facilitating the onboarding process for new interns, and providing ongoing training to help them understand HRprocesses and best practices.• Addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the intern team, finding solutions to keep the team on track.• Reporting to senior HR staff or management on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the intern team.

- Reply to applicants’ emails, screen replies, and schedule interviews- Post job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites, and internship websites- Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs- Conduct interviews- Conduct evaluations- Other HR tasks
