I manage Bottom Line's portfolio of over 40 corporate partners, playing a key role in meeting our $1.3 million revenue goal. From May to September 2023, I maintained our Foundation pipeline, managing grants and proposals as the sole full-time member of Bottom Line's Development Team. I am also responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers to participate in Bottom Line's career/mentoring program and representing the organization externally to institutional funders. I support our Individual Giving and Events revenue streams through managing our Boston Marathon team and the organization's Emerging Leaders Council.

As a Language Assistant, I worked closely with seven teachers to develop English language curriculum for over 300 primary school students from first to sixth grade.

As a Paralegal with HELP (Housing for Everyone Law Project), I assisted over 200 clients as they navigated the Vermont Emergency Rental Assistance Program (VERAP) application by relaying information on how to apply their benefits to ensure they secured and maintained their housing during the pandemic. I directly advocated for over 25 clients to the Vermont State Housing Authority. I worked closely with a team of attorneys to understand protocol in the case of various housing violations (illegal evictions, health and safety concerns, breach of tenants rights, etc.).

In this role, I led campaign outreach efforts into Broome and Tioga counties, overseeing 79 unique volunteers who made over 22,803 calls with an 8% contact rate over 603 volunteer shifts. I also managed a team of eight interns, managing their weekly call goals, volunteer trainings, and professional development.

As a Voter Engagement Intern, I led Binghamton University's outreach efforts to ensure students participated in the 2020 census, creating cross-departmental strategic messaging to address student concerns about their living situation as many unexpectedly left their on-campus addresses during the pandemic. I also spearheaded a Get Out The Vote (GOTV) guide for future interns in the position based on a comprehensive literature review of college-aged voting habits.

As an legal intern, I was responsible for reviewing cases and assessing whether the organization could represent the client based on the Innocence Project's evaluation protocol. I presented five cases to a team of Case Analysts for further review. Under the supervision of the Innocence Project's In-House Counsel, I also conducted research into prosecutorial misconduct, judicial accountability, and pro hac vice laws by state.

As Student Constituency Organizer, I helped create collaborative networks of on-campus organizations focused on students' political/civic engagement to strengthen our community efforts. This coalition was a large factor in the 1,100 university votes that determined the success of our endorsed congressional candidate against an incumbent opponent.
