My role at Redwigwam entailed creating strategies for campaigns while conducting research to inform my decisions. I would create campaigns and then content calendars in alignment with the campaign. I would then create the content for Facebook Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, writing the copy and using Canva to create graphics and imagery. I used HubSpot to schedule posts and the analytics of HubSpot as well as Google analytics and the insights and analytics of the platforms to track the performance of campaigns against KPIs and made changes and updated where necessary. When creating content I implemented content marketing and inbound marketing techniques. In addition to this, I also managed Facebook Ads, and wrote copy for a weekly newsletter to be emailed to the workers registered to the platform and other ad hoc emails as and when necessary. I also managed the company’s Facebook group for workers and I wrote blogs for the company website.I researched and kept abreast of trends and updates in the digital marketing landscape. In addition to this, I regularly researched external factors that would affect the company such as the job market and sectors operated in, to be able to better inform marketing activities.
