I cover the front desk and deal with guests check in and out’s handling cash and credit card payments on a daily basis. I a great ability to work well in this team but also on my own. I have a willingness to help all team members with any work they have. All though I have only worked in this team for a short time I have made great relationships, which is a great thing for Gleneagles as they are all return guests and like to have the same standard of service and a memorable stay each time. In this job I worked as part of a small team. I am a very competent member of the team working with the restaurant and bar area on my own. I help assist the restaurant manager with the running of the restaurant and bar. I took food and beverage orders, cash handling, cash up at the end of shifts, serve wine, cleaning, preparing bills, supervise and train staff with daily tasks. I organise, set and serve small private functions such as birthdays, anniversaries and hen/stag parties.
