Customer Service is a key element of my job role, ensuring that customers obtain the best experience possible whilst they shop in the store. Introduction of examination sessions to candidates, making sure they were fully aware of all rules and regulations.Keeping an eye on candidates making sure they fully obeyed the regulations and if they had any questions/queries about the session appropriate answers would be provided.Setting up and closing down of exam sessions which consisted of putting place cards out with relevant candidate information, putting up appropriate signs of regulation around the room, handing out and collecting examination papers and organising them accordingly at the end and finally signing off paperwork where necessary.
