My progression through the Marketing Department has allowed my knowledge and abilities to flourish, leading to my third promotion within 2 years. With this role I gained more responsibility, allowing me to take control and manage the monthly departmental marketing budgets across the organisation and to be solely responsible for the marketing strategy for the training side of the organisation. Here I created a large range of marketing materials to support the sales team and that also met the needs of the customers. Growing from my role as Marketing Executive, I took on more responsibility for digital marketing, which involved the creation, monitoring and analysis of: email marketing campaigns, social media content, website content, and blog posts.

Offering Careers service solutions including exciting careers events to schools and colleges as well as bespoke Education and Training courses delivered online through our Learning Environment Online (LEO).As Marketing Executive, I am responsible for the messages that are coming out of the company, whether that be through the website, social media or printed materials. Working closely with our suppliers I ensure that all materials adhere to our brand guidelines and that our corporate message is always maintained.
