Specializes in sponsorships, contributions, and corporate philanthropy for Rock Ventures and the Quicken Loans family of companies. Manages records of the Quicken Loans and Rock Ventures Family of Companies philanthropic budget, oversees Dollars for Doers program including internal communications planning, and participates in the charitable contributions process by preparing funding recommendations.

Works on a collaborative team of 30 fellows to partner with non-profits from the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The team provides consulting services by completing various projects and deliverables with the greater goal of positive community impact and revitalization. Projects:CITY OF DETROIT: MAYOR’S OFFICEEngaged with small business owners in all 7 of the city’s districts to compile a database for the small business directory and created published content for the businesses’ narratives in both the print and online directory, “Dream It. Do It. Detroit.”DETROIT PUBLIC SCHOOLS & DETROIT PARENT NETWORKDeveloped a strategic plan to increase parental engagement at Priest Elementary School in Southwest Detroit alongside Communities in Schools Coordinators and the Detroit Parent Network.GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF GREATER DETROITCollaborated with the Detroit Career Center to create an enhanced curriculum, marketing toolkit, assessment tools, and strategic plan for Goodwill’s workforce readiness training program.DOWNTOWN DETROIT PARTNERSHIPCoordinated and managed six teams charged with improving and engaging residents of Detroit neighborhoods with their Downtown through the creation of a communications plan and materials including a critique of current operations, an engagement strategy memo and pilot event, and in depth profiles of each pilot neighborhood. DETROIT FUTURE CITY & BLACK FAMILY DEVELOPMENTAnalyzed the Safe Routes to School plan for schools in the Osborn neighborhood and developed a long term vacant lot transformation strategy to enhance the existing plan alongside a prioritization report for immediate application. RECOVERY PARK Engaged with residents and transit users in the Chene Ferry neighborhood and analyzed the city bus routes that travel through the neighborhood to determine best placement and design of bus stops. Designed and constructed bus stops based on field research under limited time and monetary constraints.

Conducted research on the implementation of best practices for the effective movement of people and goods across the state, integrated transportation and land use planning, and multi-modal transportation. Research focused on the dichotomous roles of principal arterial roadways as both regional corridors and Main Streets. The project culminated in a resource of best practices for VDOT, localities, and the public published by the Transportation Research Board titled, "When Main Street Is a Highway: Addressing Conflicts Between Land Use and Transportation".
