I have been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) since 2012, and Youth Work since 2014. I am passionate about using evidence-based approaches to help other people to meet their goals and live their best life. I have experience supporting children and young people with a disability or trauma background, both independently and within a team. I am a strong advocate for the inclusion of all children in schools, the community and social environments and enjoy teaching skills that will support an individual to have access to all of their preferred environments. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), I have experience completing assessments, such as the VB-MAPP, Essentials for Living and a range of function based assessments. Additionally, I have experience in implementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT).
