Whilst managing multiple corporate contracts within the Retail, Legal, Finance and aerospace and defence sectors at FD level, my role is to ensure all opportunities for soft and hard cost savings are explored, presented and implemented. Covering a range of services such as Smart Technology, Business Supplies, Printed Goods, IT Management, Interior refits and refurbs and IT peripherals, I work closely with my customers making sure they exceed their annual cost saving objectives within budget whilst fully understanding my customers full requirements across the business to identify new opportunities to cross sell and upsell. Measured against KPI’s/SLAs, I am fully accountable for the profitability of my accounts and negotiating new favourable terms at contract end to retain the business. I hold Quarterly Business Reviews with all stakeholders focusing on areas of development and opportunity whilst managing customer expectations. These can include cost-in-use projects, rationalisation of supply chain, innovation opportunities & sustainability initiatives.All campaigns/sustainability & innovation projects carried out are managed closely to ensure they are delivered in a timely and successful manner whilst providing ROI.
