Previously Drinks Maker, progressing to Counter Server and then to Key Worker.Duties included - Managing shifts including staff, stock rotations and daily takings.Basic chef training.Ensuring equipment is clean and hygienic as well as making and serving various drinks and desserts.This role has helped boost my confidence when dealing with customers, whether it be taking their order or managing a complaint.

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and helping with any visitor/patient queries. I would also occasionally escort a patient up to their room. I was responsible for handling staff mail as well as accepting deliveries for patients.
