After moving into the team as a change manager, I have recently been promoted to the manager of the team. As a team we encourage people to come to us with their daily gripes and concerns. We will then look to improve our colleagues day job and tasks as well as our customers journey, by changing and tweaking process’.

In May 2019 I was successful in becoming an account manager at Evander. The role includes looking after our existing clients and the relationship between both companies, ensuring we are giving the best service for their customers. Most weeks I am out and about on the road visiting my clients as well as going to insurance based events round the UK.

In January 2018 I became a hub manager in customer services at VPS Evander. I look after the team and guide them through their careers at VPS Evander, helping them to achieve their goals.In October 2014 I became a team coach. I would manage a team of 15 people and build them and their skills up, with the aim to get them to be experts in our industry and field.I started at Evander as a pricing and ordering specialist where I would price up building products that needed replacing under peoples insurance claims, around the UK.

In my role I:• cold call businesses in different specialist industries and speak to the managing directors, to get an understanding of his/her position and responsibilities within their company. These people are very senior figures who own multi million pound business’ across Europe and South East Asia. I feel the biggest skill I have attributed to my expertise is the ability to have a good, professional telephone manner but also have the ability to think quickly on my feet to overcome their objectives. • Make out bound and take inbound calls from different nationalities. This has abled me to build my foreign and general communication skills to a high level.

I was a senior account manager at Quotes to Compare. As a company Quotes to Compare specialise in arranging quotations for the consumers in renewable energies and home improvements. This is done by matching them up with accredited installers all over the UK.

I was the Scottish and South East representative at Quotatis.

2007-2010, University of Lincoln: I studied a BA (Hons) in Media Production, specialising in multi camera. I received a first class honours for my degree. I am a keen director being able to use my skills in pre-production, production and post-production as well as directing live shows. I trained in a 2,527 Sq Ft studio for two years as a director where I was taught the key points for my role, as well as how to work with each person in his or her’s role from script and story boarding to editing and dubbing. In my third year me and my team created a 53 minute television, psychological drama called ‘Torn’, which was based on a young lady and her struggle with anorexia and the psychological issues that it brings with it. We had eight months to write our piece, hire the actors, build the set, hire the equipment and studio, film the project on location and in the studio and edit our programme. As the director, during the eight months of production I was heavily involved in every aspect of our film as the whole piece was focused around my vision, themes and perceptions.My other creative strength is in script and screen writing. I wrote the script for my second year project and I wrote the stories for my second and third year projects. I really enjoy writing fantasy and using my imagination to its full potential, as a lot of my work revolves around false belief and fake realities. In regards to my technical skills, I have some basic knowledge in Avid, Cool Edit, Photoshop, shooting with a Panasonic DVX camera and using digital SLR camera’s. In my final year, I was given an award for being the best multi camera student of the year.I am naturally good at taking the lead role and despite the pressure and lack of time we had, I kept the team together and ensured our work was filmed and edited on time.
