My role requires an understanding of business requirements across all departments and strong internal relationships.I manage our B Corp certification, our First Nations Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plans, data content and work plans for complex priority projects as well as end-to-end production of communications content across all brands and external agencies. I communicate complex data and insights in easy to understand and accessible ways for audiences. I am highly driven and results focused.

My role as a Business Relationship Manager is to represent Teachers Mutual Bank Limited ensuring members and non-members are provided with personal contact, information and a high level of service. I develop and manage relationships within the education, emergency services and health professional communities as well as liaise with all third party partners who are vital to our successful business within the multi branded environment.My role involves building and maintaining relationships while sourcing growth and development opportunities. I have a strong work ethic which ensures I'm able to manage my time and meet all set targets and KPI's. I manage the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and Far South Coast regions.
