Current- Maintain accurate resident records
- Update daily: rent, renewals and other income charges, deposits and application administration fees received from residents and future prospects
- Collect and electronically process reoccurring rental payments and other incomes.
- Periodically manually process payment by stamping for deposit only and making timely bank deposits
- Manage payments through Resident Property Portal
- Conducting business in accordance with company policy and procedures, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to residential and commercial housing
