• Design and implement imaginative programs for Fellows that are part of Eisenhower Fellowship’s (EF) goal to be a catalyst for transformational change leading to real-world impact.
• Conduct independent research and network with leaders in the public and private sectors and civil society in the U.S. and overseas to identify appropriate institutions, individuals and activities to best meet Fellow.
• When speaking to American experts and counterparts, clearly convey the Fellow’s key objectives and talking points and concisely share the mission of EF.

 Provide logistical and programmatic support to program officers for international Fellows. Handle a variety of technology-related tasks via Salesforce to help with programming. Assist with the preparation and logistical planning for seminars and other events.

• Guide patients who suffer with infertility through their journey toward becoming parents. Provide medical information and education regarding the process of in-vitro fertilization, egg donation, sperm donation.
• Provide counseling to patients who are experiencing emotional difficulty regarding infertility, ensure to answer all their medical and personal questions with confidence, and give them hope for the future.
• Work with all medical staff to coordinate patient care including bloodwork, genetic screening, consent review, finances, STI testing results, prescriptions, and surgery.
• Data entry and analysis department lead using SART data system and Excel to better understand IVF outcomes.

Greater New York City Area

• Managed a team of eight/nine Specialists through setting key focus areas and developing their skills to meet membership goals.
• Created and implemented improved training methods and systems to ensure a smooth process for all new Girl Scout volunteers.
• Initiated and executed a partnership with The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) resulting in over 120 new DYCD Girl Scout volunteers allowing for 62 new troops across all five boroughs of NYC.
• Design and coordinate large Girl Scout events and summer programs for families and girls to attend such as public school tabling events and community development workshops across all demographics including our Troop.
• Data entry and analysis via Salesforce and Excel to better understand trends in membership for Girl Scouts and adult volunteers.

Coordinate volunteers and projects for The Saint Bernard Project to rebuild homes and lives after natural disasters. Locate schools, churches, nonprofit groups, etc. to acquire volunteers to help with the rebuilding process. Plan large fundraising events and gain sponsorships/partnerships with corporate companies who support The St. Bernard Projects goals.
