• I provide design critiques regularly. Some people seek me out and ask me to critique their work, because they feel safe asking me.• I consult with brands, agencies, and marketing teams regularly to help them navigate the client's design system. I am often told by account managers that they are so lucky that I've been assigned to their projects, because I can handle sticky situations. I have offered design guidance to one brand who felt their website was boring by mocking up a page for visual inspiration, teaching them about visual hierarchy. They were wowed and excited to change their layout.• Assisted with pain points on Japanese product pages, resulting in new ideas and implemented wireframes.• Helped organize ideas for a new section on a Spanish medical website, creating user flows and Figma prototypes for A/B testing and research. I was able to organize their ideas by building user flows of their current ideas, then reshaped that user flow to the best recommended A/B testing options in order to help save them money on research costs. Then work on a Figma interactive prototype that the research team could use for testing. • Collaborated with a UK marketing team to develop an educational platform for healthcare professionals. Leveraged AI to do research, build user stories and to create meaningful mock content within my designs to provide inspiration and direction for the content strategy. Constructed an information architecture to optimize user experience and future scalability. Translated user stories and IA into wireframes/design comps. Used my past knowledge of former medical websites to suggest UX solutions. When it was time to meet with certifiers, they echoed the same suggestions I had provided, so saved time on rework in the end.

• Several English classes required students to create personal websites. Soon after, students called the lab and requested my work schedule. Students discovered and utilized my wealth of coding knowledge and successfully achieved course objectives.
