In the role of a Personal Lender, I am proud to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs and providing them with options on a range of lending products and services that may meet these needs. My focus is to pro-actively provide my clients with friendly, personal and efficient service.I develop and maintain strong working relationships with my colleagues and am responsible for educating and coaching them to identify where we can add value and improve our customer’s current situation. I also refer customers to specialists including Mobile Lenders, Business Bankers, Premium Bankers and Financial Planners affiliated with my area.
