Providing the upmost service and experience through their purchasing journey and liaising with the customers leasing provider to keep both parties updated through the whole delivery and also after delivery.

Interacting with customers, preparing hot and cold beverages, assisting with kitchen operations, providing a high standard of customer service, answering the phone in a professional manner and general cleaning duties.

Liaising with clients & contractors on providing maintenance to government offices and residential properties, constructing building inspection reports and constructing quotations on large scale projects to be viewed by clients, answering and directing calls in an office professional manner, keeping a desk tidy environment, multi-tasking, entering and filling data such as: contractors compliancy, follow up and updates on progression of works, reports and any other valid information required.

Mostly making & preparing highest of quality coffee's, as well as interacting with customers, preparing cold beverages, assisting with kitchen operations, providing a high standard of customer service, answering the phone in a professional manner, handling money and general cleaning duties.
