Offer design and visual strategy expertise to small and mid-sized businesses across marketing, digital assets, large- and small-scale publications, infographics, etc. Understand client goals and intended audience to devise innovative and compelling strategies to communicate existing brand, develop logos or brand identities, systems, and growth. Partner with CEOs, owners, and project stakeholders on varying budgets and timelines from one week to two months depending on client needs, campaign complexity and printing requirements. In addition to freelance graphic design and an adjunct instructor at Red Rocks Community College, I was also an Adjunct at RMCAD for one quarter, but found the demands took me away from my business and other teaching commitments.... but I am thrilled that I got an opportunity to teach at an Art School here in Colorado

Managed a team of 3-5 that included designers, web developers, social media, and office support. Designed and streamlined yearly 300+ page catalog. Transitioned creative team to proactive agency-like model to boost campus community marketing efforts.

Was invited to be a part of a committee to develop a bachelors degree program where suitable curriculum, class descriptions were suggested and instituted to get the program off the ground. When the program was launched, I was one of its first graphic design professors that developed curriculum and projects teaching Typography, Illustrator, Photoshop and Portfolio Development classes for Purdue in Hammond, Indiana.
